A Delegation from Wafaa Microfinance and Capacity Building Visits the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Jordan and the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO).
A delegation from Wafaa Microfinance and Capacity Building, headed by Mr. Muhasin Atawneh, General Director, accompanied by Mrs. Hanin Barghouthi, Public Relations Manager, and members of Wafaa’s staff, visited the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, where they were welcomed by Mr. Nasser Al-Mutairi, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy.
During the meeting, Wafaa expressed sincere appreciation and gratitude to the State of Kuwait; its leadership, government, and people, for their steadfast support of the Palestinian cause and their continued humanitarian efforts in providing relief and assistance to the Palestinian people.
To strengthen humanitarian cooperation, the Wafaa delegation also visited the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), where they met with Mr. Marwan Al-Hinnawi, Director of Programs and Planning, and Ms. Lina Daoud, Projects Manager, to discuss ways of enhancing charitable and humanitarian work and strengthening joint cooperation and coordination to support Palestinian people.
The meeting focused on mechanisms to unify humanitarian efforts and develop strategic partnerships aimed at implementing relief and development initiatives that address urgent humanitarian needs and strengthen the resilience of the Palestinian people. Both sides emphasized the importance of sustaining cooperation in pursuance of their shared humanitarian mission.
