24/06/2026 – Wafaa Microfinance and Capacity Building welcomed a delegation from the Palestinian Ministry of Interior, represented by Mr. Israr Hilaneh, Director General of the General Directorate of Non-Governmental Organizations and Public Affairs, and Mr. George Ma’rouf, Director of Foreign Associations. The visit aimed to familiarize the delegation with the Wafaa’s work, projects, and various activities.
During the visit, Wafaa presented its key projects and services for the benefit of targeted communities, highlighting its role in promoting humanitarian and development efforts. Discussions also focused on opportunities for enhancing cooperation and coordination between both parties to support Palestinian civil society organizations and contribute to improving their performance and effectiveness.
Wafaa expressed its appreciation for the visit and reaffirmed the importance of continuous partnership and communication with the Palestinian Ministry of Interior. The organization emphasized that such cooperation contributes to serving the public interest and enhancing the quality of services provided to the community.
