Wafaa Microfinance and Capacity Building organized a specialized training workshop for its staff on artificial intelligence applications. The session was delivered by Jihad Najajreh, an IT expert, as part of Wafaa’s ongoing efforts to enhance its staff’s competencies and keep pace with rapid technological advancements.

The training aims to introduce Wafaa’s staff to leading AI tools and technologies, and to explore practical ways of utilizing them to improve institutional performance and elevate the quality of services in line with modern workplace demands.

The workshop covered a range of hands-on topics, focusing on the use of AI in project management, data analysis, and content creation. It also included interactive applications and exercises designed to strengthen the staff’s practical skills.

This training forms part of Wafaa’s strategic plan to build staff capacity and empower employees to effectively utilize modern digital solutions, therefore, contributing to improved program quality and service delivery. The training will also continue in the coming period to complete its modules and deepen the employees’ practical engagement.
