The program aims to build and enhance the institutional capacities of IICO’s field partners. It brought together 45 participants from 20 charitable organizations across six countries: Palestine, Iraq, Lebanon, Sudan, Uganda, and Jordan, within a strategic framework designed to strengthen the institutional efficiency of nonprofit organizations.
Over a period of 14 days, the intensive training program covers the latest global practices, professional skills, and behavioral competencies in various areas related to nonprofit management.
Representing Wafaa in the program is Eng. Anan Ali Atawneh, Director of the Projects Department, who emphasized the importance of this initiative in advancing institutional capacity in line with international standards. He noted that WAFA’s participation reflects its commitment to adopting best practices, developing its institutional capabilities, and strengthening international partnerships to ensure project sustainability and maximize humanitarian impact in target communities.
Wafaa takes pride in its strategic partnership with the International Islamic Charitable Organization – Kuwait, and extends its deep appreciation to all those involved in the organization, particularly the Jordan office, for their outstanding efforts in hosting and organizing the training.
