Wafaa’s Economic Empowerment Program supports Palestinian families and youth to achieve self-reliance by providing tailored financial and technical support for small, income-generating initiatives.
Economic Empowerment Programs
In addition to its ongoing support mechanisms, Wafaa’s Economic Empowerment Department also implements targeted capacity-building and financial interventions that serve individuals in vulnerable communities across Palestine. These interventions are designed to address local economic challenges, strengthen resilience, and promote long-term self-sufficiency—empowering beneficiaries to create sustainable change in their lives and communities.
Loans Program
Wafaa’s Economic Empowerment Department supports Palestinian families and youth by offering Islamic-compliant loans to launch or expand small businesses. These loans promote self-reliance and entrepreneurship, with flexible repayment terms and a focus on connecting projects to wider markets.
Grants Program
The department provides targeted grants to individuals and initiatives in urgent need, especially where loans are not suitable. Together, the loan and grant programs offer a practical path toward financial stability and sustainable livelihoods.
